Hounshell, Patricia (Spears) 56, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away on January 17, 2014 with her family by her side. Patty was a beloved wife and mother, loving daughter, cherished sister and caring friend. She is survived by Homer, her husband of 32 years; sons, Nathan and Justin; her mother, Joan Spears; her brothers and sisters; and, many extended family members, all of whom will cherish her memory. Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Scottsdale, AZ on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 10AM with burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Phoenix, AZ.
